Who we are

Limitless Horizons Development, LLC ("we", "us") runs lhd-llc.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through it.Questions, requests or complaints about your information: email contact@lhd-llc.com, or write to us at Limitless Horizons Development, PO Box 347, Newfoundland, NJ, 07435, USA.Effective date: November 3, 2026.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus standard analytics and server records.

• Contact form: Your name, email address, message, and when you sent it.
• Worksheet and file requests: Your email address; which file you asked for and on which page; when we emailed your link and when you used it; the wording of the offer you saw; and whether you've agreed to hear from us or withdrawn.
• Google Analytics: Pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser, your approximate location (city level), and actions such as requesting or downloading a file (including the file's name).
• Server records: Our hosting provider briefly records each request's IP address, browser and page, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

Each use has a stated reason and, for visitors in the EU and UK, a legal basis under the GDPR.

• Replying to your contact form message: Steps you asked us to take, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries
• Emailing you the file you requested: Your request
• Sending occasional emails about new articles, worksheets, services and offers: Your consent, given when you request a file and use the emailed link
• Understanding how the site is used, with Google Analytics: Our legitimate interest in improving the site
• Keeping the site secure and working: Our legitimate interest in running a safe service

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

Our emails and how to unsubscribe

Our worksheets are free in exchange for permission to email you. The offer says so beside the button: we'll email you the file, and you'll also get occasional emails from us about new articles, worksheets, services and offers.

• When you agree: when you use the link we emailed you, not when you type your address. That proves the address is yours, so no one can sign you up.
• Ignoring the email: if you don't use the link, we won't contact you again.
• Unsubscribing: email contact@lhd-llc.com, or reply to any email from us, and say you'd like to unsubscribe. We'll stop within 10 business days, and you'll stay unsubscribed.
• Asking for a file again later means agreeing again, since the same offer is shown each time.

Unsubscribing doesn't delete your information; ask us to delete it if you'd like that too (see Your rights).

Cookies

We use a few cookies: one for form security, and Google Analytics' cookies to count visits.

• csrftoken (set by us; lasts 1 year): Protects our forms from forged submissions.
• Google Analytics cookies, whose names start with _ga (set by Google; last up to 2 years): Tells visits apart, so we can count visitors and see which pages help.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site works without Analytics' cookies. We don't use advertising cookies.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle your information for us, only to run the site and its email, and only as we instruct.

• Heroku (Salesforce): Hosts the site and its database
• Amazon Web Services: Stores our files and images
• Resend: Delivers the emails we send you
• Microsoft 365 and Google: Our email inboxes, where contact form messages and your replies arrive
• Google Analytics: Measures how the site is used

These providers are based in the United States, and your information is stored there. For visitors in the EU and UK, they protect transfers with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if our business is sold.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, with a few exceptions below.

• Contact form messages: until we no longer need them to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
• File requests and email permission: for as long as you're on our list. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address and the date you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again by mistake.
• Google Analytics: up to 14 months, then Google deletes it.
• Server records: a few days at most.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time and for free, to:

• get a copy of the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to how we use it, including withdrawing permission to email you (see Our emails and how to unsubscribe).

Email contact@lhd-llc.com from the address in question, so we know the request is yours. We'll answer within 30 days. Withdrawing permission doesn't affect emails we sent before you withdrew it.If you're in the EU or UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of some US states have similar rights, and we honor these requests wherever you live.

Children

Our site is for businesses and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our files are stored privately and reached only through short-lived links, and only our team can see the information you send us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect yours.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice, we'll update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
